What is a good sick time and vacation time tracker for a small business?

I am in charge of tracking sick and vacation time at my job. I am looking for a software that is inexpensive and easy to use. Do you have any suggestions??
I am currently using an Excel spreadsheet and it works ok but not great. Excel is easy to get things off and it does not look very professional. My boss would rather use a professional program that could easily track, would be easy to train new employees on, and is easily expandable for future growth.

He did this for years, until one day his master died. Every day for the rest of his life, Hachiko returned to the station, waiting for his master. For his loyalty and love, Tokyo decided to rename that station, and built a monument to him. It’s now a great place to meet up with friends, or just sit and people watch. Hachiko Station is one of the main stations in Shibuya, and close to all the Shibuya Hotels.

There are several excellent Shibuya Hotels for you to choose from. One of them is the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyo. This hotel received a 4 star rating. The rooms start at approximately $192 American, depending on the current dollar to yen exchange rate. It has 408 rooms. Each room includes bathrobes, in-house movies and Internet access. The Excel Hotel also has a coffee shop, meeting rooms, a restaurant and room service available to all of its guests. There are also several ways to relax at the hotel. Like other Shibuya Hotels, this one is centrally located, so that you can get around by walking or taking public transportation.

One of the more affordable Shibuya Hotels for those traveling around Japan on a budget is the 3 star rated Shimane Inn Aoyama. A room here starts at about $94 American per room. This hotel is distinctive among the Shibuya Hotels because it has touches of both traditional and modern styles, giving it a unique feel. If you are interested in sightseeing as well as shopping, you can easily get there from this hotel. One museum that you might be interested in visiting is the TEPCO Electric Energy Museum.
